New Safety Measures, So We Can Protect Our Customers
ADM Garage Doors has executed the following precautions at the job.
- We are calling the customer when we are leaving the previous job and heading over to your job.
- Please clear back 4ft back from the garage door and underneath the garage door operator. The more space the faster we can work.
- Please open the side door and open the gate. (Please make sure you put all pets inside the house).
- The garage door tech will call you on the phone when he arrives at the job. He then will check the condition of the garage door and operator. If a part is bad, we will take a picture of the part and send you a picture thru text message or email.
- The garage door tech will fix your garage door or operator.
- After we are finished, he will send you an invoice so you can pay it online. If you want to pay by check, you can leave a check for us as long as you stay 6 feet from the tech and practice social distancing.
- We will then shut the side door and the gate and leave.
